Once an item is out of stock, we will respectively, remove the item from our website, or list it as “out of stock.” Display of an item on the website is not a guarantee that it is currently available. We aim to keep our available stock up to date as possible.

Please note that delivery dates, and timeframes for processing returns and refunds are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to delivery our items overseas.
For any undamaged products that you want to return, please contact us and we will give you further instructions. The item(s) must be returned to us, in its original state, including its original accessories within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will either exchange it, or offer a refund on to the original payment method. Please see our returns and refunds document for more information regarding returns.
If you change your mind about the purchase before you accept delivery of the product(s), we may not be able to cancel your order. Your ability to cancel the order depends on at which point we are at in completing your order. If the product(s) have been posted out to you, you will have to wait until you have received the package before you can cancel your order. You will then have 14 day ‘cooling off’ period before you have to return the item(s) to us. If we haven’t posted your package out to you, we will be able to cancel your order and refund you on the original payment method.
For damaged goods, you must contact us within 30 days from the day you receive your items. Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with further instructions regarding how to return your damaged items. We will either exchange the damaged goods or offer you a refund on to the original payment method.
